You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason for doing so, except where non-refundable services apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1️⃣ Full Refund Services

For eligible services, you may receive a 100% refund if the service does not meet the conditions specified at the time of purchase.

• MLS Listing - $595 No-Fee MLS: If your home does not sell within 180 days, you will receive a full refund of the upfront fee.

• Guarantee-Based Services: Any services explicitly marketed with a “money-back guarantee” will be eligible for a full refund if the outlined conditions are not met.

2️⃣ Partial Refund & Conditional Services

Some services may qualify for a partial refund based on usage:

• MLS Listing - $299 Flat Fee MLS: Eligible for a $350 rebate at closing.

• Add-On Services (Marketing, Social Media, AI Enhancements): Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on service completion.

3️⃣ Non-Refundable Services

Certain products and services cannot be refunded once delivered:

• BPO (Broker Price Opinion) Reports – Due to their digital nature and real estate industry regulations, BPO services are non-refundable.

• Completed MLS Listings & Syndications – Once your listing has been submitted to the MLS, no refunds will be issued.

• Customized or Personalized Services – This includes AI-generated marketing materials, virtual tours, and listing videos.

• Processing & Administrative Fees – Any fees associated with paperwork processing, contract handling, or third-party charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must provide a clear written request via email with supporting documentation if required.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the approval date, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Returning Physical Goods

For physical products, the following conditions apply: ✅ The goods must be purchased within the last 30 days ✅ The goods must be unused and in original packaging

⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Use an insured and trackable mail service.

Gifts & Special Cases

🎁 Gift Returns: If the goods were marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued. A gift certificate will be sent upon receiving the return.

🎁 Non-Gift Returns: If purchased by someone else and given to you, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.
